Returns

eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that

Return
the item along with all the original packing materials and accessories intact
and if available, attach the packing slip that came with the item, too.

Case Of Pre-Payment

the event that items are not delivered for any reason within 10 days of

medium), Easy Basket will refund the customer using the same method (debit
card, credit card, bank transfer, mobile financial service, etc.). The customer
will get a notification of the reimbursement through email, SMS, phone, or any

credit will be applied to the payment method used within 10 days after approval
of your return.
